It is always important to write down your daily reminders in a way that will (remind) you to take care of yourself and spend that much needed time praying, exercising or studying to improve yourself in a variety of areas. Below are my personal daily reminders that I review twice daily to ensure I’m taking the time for ME that I need.

Monday

Stretching and exercising routine 6am- 6:30am

Morning prayer and meditation 7am- 9am

Podcast filming 1pm- 2pm

Journaling!

 

Tuesday

Stretching and exercising routine 6am- 6:30am

Morning prayer and meditation 7am- 9am

Training’s/Study time 9am until 11am

Journaling!

 

 

Wednesday

Stretching and exercising routine 6am- 6:30am

Morning prayer and meditation 7am- 9am

Coco Design Meetings 2pm- 3pm

Journaling

 

 

Thursday

Stretching and exercising routine 6am- 6:30am

Morning prayer and meditation 7am- 9am

Training’s/Study time 9am until 11am

Weekly Therapy 1pm- 2pm

Friday

Stretching and exercising routine 6am- 6:30am

Morning prayer and meditation 7am- 9am
